Roasted cinnamon pears with yogurt

Roasted pears with cinnamon, walnuts and Greek yoghurt is a simple, satisfying and healthy dessert. It will fill you house with amazing smell ♡


  • 2 big pears
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp ghee butter
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Walnuts to garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cut pears in half and core.
  3. Place pears onto the baking dish and drizzle over honey and ghee. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Before serving, add a spoon of yogurt into the center of each pear and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
