Iced coffee

It’s so easy to make, it’s literally summer in the cup!


  • COFFEE – instant coffee, expresso or ground coffee
  • SWEETENER – any of your choice
  • WATER – boiled, hot water
  • MILK – any of your choice, I’m using almond.


  • make your preferred strongness coffee with 150ml water
  • if preferred, add sweetener
  • leave to cool
  • pour cooled coffee in to ice cubes and freeze

When ready to use, remove ice cubes from the tray, add to the glass, top with milk and enjoy ♡
